How quantity pricing works: Printing position prices include VAT. Embroidery and setup prices shown on this guide exclude VAT. Each print or embroidery position is a separate application charge. Printing positions cost £4.99 for the first, £1.99 for the second, and £0.99 for the third and every additional position per garment. Embroidery quantity bands are calculated for the same product and the same design application; different products or different logos do not combine into one band. Print artwork and printed text setup are free. A new embroidery design normally has one setup fee, while a saved repeat design should not be charged a new setup fee unless production changes are required. The website total follows the customer’s VAT display setting.

High Stitch Count Embroidery Guidelines

Standard embroidery pricing covers designs up to 20,000 stitches. Designs above that level may receive the following additional high-stitch surcharge per garment, based on the order quantity.

Important Stitch Count Notice:

A surcharge applies to embroidery designs over 20,000 stitches. Printla will review the digitised artwork and contact you before production if it applies. Designs above 80,000 stitches are not accepted.
