Any environmental attribute applies only where it is stated on that specific product and supported by the manufacturer or supplier; it should not be assumed for the whole range. Decoration methods, inks and packaging vary by product and production requirement.

We review supplier information and our working practices periodically. If you need evidence for a particular material, certification or environmental claim before ordering, please ask us and we will confirm what is available for that item.
